Dla naszego klienta Biura Architektonicznego w Londynie zajmującego się prestiżowymi projektami z zakresu architektury mieszkaniowej i publicznej poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko:
PROJECT ARCHITECT
Location: UK, London
Duties:
• leading a team of assistants,
• running projects from planning stage through to completion on site.
• putting together planning applications, construction packages,
• arranging meetings and seeing to it that projects are kept to a high standard of construction and design.
• To be involved in drawing work, but to a much more limited degree than his/her team.
Reguirements:
• 5 years proven UK experience of high calibre residential buildings
• Very good knowledge of English
• working knowledge of the current UK Building Regulations - the good grasp of preparing specifications and construction documents.
• Experience of working with 2D Vectorworks or AutoCAD
• A genuine interest and enthusiasm in making the built world more attractive is a definite plus
Our client offers:
• Working in a friendly and international environment
• Salary dependent on experience 32,000-38,000 GBP gross
• discretionary bonuses at the year end.
