BIM Coordinator
Place of work: near London, UK
Main role: To coordinate the technical approach and delivery of all Building Information Modelling (BIM) projects, including the production and Quality Assurance process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To oversee the production and QA of Revit models, assisting on live projects as necessary.
• To ensure that projects are completed for the maximum commercial gain while maintaining quality and robust working systems.
• To provide support and advice to staff and clients to ensure the most appropriate approach is taken on all projects and enquiries.
• To assist in the development of new BIM workflows, products and services such that the business remains at the forefront of the industry and maintains maximum operational productivity and capability.
• To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of leading-edge developments in the BIM field through research, attending conferences and investigations into new systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
• minimum 3 years’ experience in Revit Architecture and/or structures in a commercial practice
• very good knowledge of English
• Architectural related degree/qualification
• knowledge of BS1192 and PAS1192
• Experience in Revit MEP, Navisworks or similar BIM platforms
